Guam is the black hole for B-1's. Everyone who is sent there to pick up a B-1 never gets out when they are supposed to. James has been stuck in the black hole for almost two weeks now. He was only supposed to be gone for 4-5 days, but everytime they try to take off the jet breaks or they have an in-air-emergency and they are sucked back into the black hole of guam. He is now waiting to try to get off the island again next tuesday because they have to order new parts for the Jaloppy Jet he is supposed to fly home. On a more positive note, his golf game has gotten better. He is really bummed that he is going to miss Halloween with the kids though. I am too. Hopefully his jet will resist the gravitational pull and he'll make it home next week.

Way too funny and oh so familiar, although I don't think it happened in Guam for Jon. I think anywhere in the world a B-1 lands has the potential to become a black hole. Best of luck for Tuesday. How's the pregnancy going so far and how are you feeling?

Guam is definitely a black hole - for us it was as space-a's. Beautiful place, but turns ugly when you're not allowed to leave! Hope he makes it back soon.
So sorry!! I know how bad it is when they are gone forever. Just take lots of pictures of trick or treating. Miss you!!
